Our History
Our valuation director, Fernando Da Cruz Vasconcellos, PhD, MRICS is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is also a former Senior Teaching Fellow at the University of Cambridge, where he remains an invited lecturer, with more than 1,000 academic citations to his name.
